Founding Partner
Before founding Stephen D. Lentz & Associates, Steve spent fifteen years in the television industry. In his role as President, CEO, Senior Vice President and In-House Counsel for several television companies, he was responsible for employment law compliance, television broadcast and entertainment contracts and was also part of the strategic management team that lead to International Family Entertainment completing a successful IPO and later sale to Rupert Murdoch for $1.6 billion.
Currently, Mr. Lentz maintains an active caseload in the corporate and estate-planning sector, and he also specializes in exempt organization planning and compliance. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lentz serves as an adjunct professor at the Regent University Graduate School of Communications and the Regent University School of Law where he has taught Wills, Trusts & Estates. He is currently teaching Law Practice Management and will be teaching Media Law in the Fall of 2010. Managing Attorney
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Holser worked in the nonprofit lobbying sector, where he helped exempt organizations obtain grants and earmarked funding from state and federal government agencies. He also assisted exempt organizations with the process of applying for funds from private foundations. Mr. Holser also has experience as the executive director of an exempt organization, and he serves on several boards.
